Garlinghouse Plaza

Garlinghouse Plaza, a concrete patio, sits in front of the entrance to the University of Kansas Conference Center and Gate 6 entrance to the David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. In the background, blue stadium seats spelling out "Rock Chalk" are visible across the football field.

Garlinghouse Plaza, at the northeast corner of the David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium in the KU Gateway District, leads into the University of Kansas Conference Center and the Gate 6 entrance to the stadium. The conference center opened in October 2025. The plaza was made possible by a $35 million gift from KU alumnus Brad Garlinghouse. 

Visitors can enter the Garlinghouse Plaza through the World War I Memorial Walk.
